Student driven digital portfolios, overseen by the teacher, and communicated with the parents provide a meaningful, and authentic way for students to share what they are learning at school. Digital portfolios
truly strengthen the connections between home and school.
In this workshop, you will see evidence of how these online portfolios have enriched the classroom experience for students. This is followed by the opportunity for you to set up and create digital portfolios
for your classroom so that your students are ready to start sharing their learning with newly created journals on Monday.
Participants are invited to bring an electronic device of their choosing: iPhone, Chromebook, iPad, laptop where they will download the app, and begin to set up their classroom for digital portfolios.
